Ways to Serve

There are many ways to help in the worship life at Epiphany Parish. Young people may sing in the Junior Choir or serve as Acolytes. Adults may serve in the Altar Guild or participate in the worship service as Lay Readers or Chalice Bearers.

To welcome people to Epiphany, Ushers and members of the Welcome Ministry greet those arriving for worship and help during the service with the gifts and the offering. The Hospitality team provides light refreshments after the 9:00 a.m. Sunday service in the summer and after the 10:00 a.m. service during the rest of the year.

Help Wanted

Lay Readers - Pam Cormier is working on the next schedule for Lay Readers. If you would like to join use your talents to help in this ministry please contact Pam at (508) 660-9939 or .

The Telephone Committee needs a new contact chair. The church secretary, Judy Valle, has the information on the list of present callers.Please step forward and continue this very important line of parish communication.

The Epistle Collators and Folders - The Epistle is usually ready to send out the fourth Wednesday of the month and has been done in the morning but the time of day can be changed and even the day can be flexible if need be.This can even be an evening project or a take home project.Please give Judy a call in the office if you have any other ideas at 508-668-2353 or send her an e-mail at .

Friday Office Coverage - Do you ever have a couple of hours free on Friday mornings and look for a quiet place to spend them? Would you consider volunteering in the church office once a month? The Friday volunteer usually folds the Sunday bulletin, answers the phone and greets anyone stopping by the church. No computer work involved. If you think you might like to give it a try please call Judy in the church office during the week, 508-668-2353.

Weekly Altar Flowers

If you would like to request flowers for the altar, the cost to the church for weekly altar flowers is $60.00 but we accept a donation of any amount) made payable to Epiphany Church Flower Fund. When possible, please try to do this at least two weeks in advance. Flowers for the Children's Altar are welcome on any Sunday except for the first Sunday of each month, which will be Family Sunday.
