Property and Finance Property Mark Helm, Jr. Warden and Committee Chair
This committee schedules church maintenance, makes recommendations to the Vestry regarding matters with the properties, they oversee insurance matters, budget receipts and budget expenditures. Finance Ted Parkman, Treasurer Hope Groves, Assistant Treasurer This group oversees and manages all aspects of the Parish’s finances with transparency and integrity. They prepare the budgets and conduct the audits each year. This committee works along side the Property Committee and the Stewardship Committee. They oversee the funds and investments of the Church and report quarterly on Epiphany’s investments performance. For more information contact Ted Parkman or Hope Groves hope.groves@hotmail.com
