Annual Village Fair and 5K Road Race Since 1948, on the second Saturday of June, our parish holds its annual Village Fair. The fair offers food, crafts, rides, a white elephant, basket raffle, a silent auction and a 5K road race.
This is a great opportunity for all parishioners to volunteer their time. The Village Fair Committee starts to meet bi-weekly in March to plan the fair. Church members are need to head up each element of the fair. If you are interested in joining the committee or helping out with the next fair please contact Fr. Alan, FrAlan@verizon.net
Saturday, June 9, 2012 is the date of the next Village Fair. The fair is held on the grounds of the church at 62 Front St (on the common) in Walpole, MA. 5K Road Race starts at 9:00. Fair runs from 10 - 4. BBQ Chicken, Burgers, Dogs and our famous Strawberry Shortcake. Basket Raffle, Silent Auction, Crafts, Games for the Kids, White Elephant and more!
