Christian Education at Epiphany

Epiphany Parish provides instruction, worship, and fellowship for children and youth from newborns through seventh grade.

Christian Education classes for kindergarten through seventh grade students are offered from September through June in the parish house next to the church from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Summer Church School is offered during the 9:00 a.m. summer services.

Adult classes for Bible study are offered by the Rector at 9:00 am on Sunday mornings.

The Nursery is available during the 10:00 a.m. service in the winter and the 9:00 a.m. service in the summer.

Instruction for those making their first Communion and for candidates for Confirmation are offered once a year on an as-needed basis.

Youth Groups for middle school and high school students go from September to June.

The Sunday School children are participating in "SEBs" - Special Epiphany Buddies! Children were paired with an older Epiphany member. The children created Valentine's Day cards for their buddies with questions for the older member to answer. Responses are posted in the undercroft.

The Sunday School is also creating a quilt. Markers and material are being gathered so that each Sunday Schooler can create a personalized square. All the squares will be sewn together and a pattern will be designed. We hope it will be completed by the end of the school year.

The Louse Hawkins Children's Resource Center provides books and other materials for children and teenagers. Selections are available in the church before and after services.
